Christopher E. Hannum practices in the areas of corporate law, trusts and estates, and tax and business law. He frequently advises on complex tax and business matters, including corporate and real estate transactions and financing, estate and income tax planning, asset protection, securities matters, tax controversies, and mergers and acquisitions.
