Brage A. Humphries is an attorney with the Firm’s Real Estate Group. Brage represents real estate developers and investors through all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including the financing, acquisition, exchange, development, leasing and disposition of commercial property across various asset classes. His practice focuses on maximizing his clients’ after-tax returns on investment while minimizing risk.

After completing his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Brage received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he concentrated on Real Estate Development and Investments.
